§ 70-4708 — Cooperation with private sector in establishing centers
Oklahoma·Title 70 Schools
of excellence. Recognizing that true excellence can be achieved only through cooperation within institutions of higher education, among the institutions, and between the institutions and the private sector, it is the intent of the Legislature that institutions of higher education seek the establishment of centers of excellence on their campuses, as authorized by the Economic Development Act of 1987.
