§ 70-4428 — Sayre Junior College - Merger with Southwestern Oklahoma

State University. Sayre Junior College is hereby merged with Southwestern Oklahoma State University, which shall have administrative responsibility for the programs of higher education henceforth to be offered at the Sayre branch campus.
