§ 70-3908 — Attorney General - Intervention in action concerning

performance of charitable trust. The Attorney General of Oklahoma is authorized, pursuant to the provisions of Section 175.18 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, to intervene in any action concerning the performance of a charitable trust.
