§ 70-35g — Medical reports.
Oklahoma·Title 70 Schools
A medical report from the treating physician must be furnished to the local school district board to substantiate that said injuries:
(1)were disabling, (2) prevented the continuance of such person's employment and (3) the period of said disability. If a dispute arises on said disability or activity, then either party aggrieved may file suit in district court.
