A.On January 1, 2009, there shall be created the Board of Trustees for Langston University-Oklahoma City and Langston University-Tulsa which shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor and two members of the Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges, or their designees, selected by the chair of the Board of Regents, who shall serve as voting, ex officio members. For purposes of serving on the Board of Trustees, the members of the Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges who are appointed to the Board of Trustees shall not be subject to the dual-office-holding restrictions in Section 6 of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Governor shall appoint the other members of the Board of Trust
