acts. The Board of Regents for Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges may operate agricultural experiment stations, and shall receive federal funds and comply with federal requirements for such purposes; and may continue to operate all such experiment stations in existence when this Code becomes effective. As specifically provided herein the State of Oklahoma assents to and accepts the provisions of acts of Congress providing funds, services, and property to states for the purpose of establishing or operating such experimental stations, and the Board of Regents may enter into agreements with federal agencies for such purposes.
