Text
nonreemployment. It is the intent of the Legislature that any president, provost, chief executive officer or director of any college, university or higher education program within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education who is or has been convicted of, plead guilty to or nolo contendre to a felony offense and a judgment of guilt has been entered shall be dismissed or not reemployed unless a presidential or gubernatorial pardon has been granted.
