function funds. A portion of the funds appropriated to the State Board of Education for the Administrative and Support Functions of the State Department of Education shall be expended for: 1. The cost involved in administering, scoring, reporting and other incidental duties necessary to accomplish the provisions of the Oklahoma School Testing Program Act; 2. Preschool deaf education programs operated by the State Department of Education; and 3. Conducting training workshops for administrative personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-101.10 of this title.
