There is hereby created the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability. The Office of Educational Quality and Accountability, its personnel, budget, and expenditure of funds shall be solely under the direction of the Commission for Educational Quality and Accountability. The Commission shall demonstrate a savings of fifteen percent (15%) by merging the former Office of Accountability into the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability.
