visiting teams.

A.Notwithstanding any policy of a school athletic association, as defined by Section 27-102 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in all regular season high school athletic competitions in this state, the visiting team shall have the same rights to radio broadcast, video stream and provide telegraphic play-by-play accounts as the home team as long as the visiting team has either: 1. A valid agreement to broadcast, video stream and/or provide telegraphic play-by-play accounts between a media organization and the school's board of education; or 2. The visiting team has a curricular program for students that typically provides streaming for the team's home games.
B.The provisions of this section shall apply to athletic competitions beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.
