Text
educational institutions participating in scholarship program. The Oklahoma Rising Scholars Award Act shall not be construed as granting any authority to control or influence the policies of any educational institution because it accepts students who are participating in the scholarship program, or to require any such institution to admit, or once admitted to continue in such institution, any participant in the scholarship program.
