§ 70-24-113 — Rules and regulations to be adopted by State Board of
Oklahoma·Title 70 Schools
Education. The State Board of Education is authorized and directed to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary for carrying out the intent and purpose of Sections 24-110 and 24-112 hereof.
