determination. Provided that, all school districts in the State of Oklahoma, employing certified personnel who have earned Juris Doctorate Degree, granted by an institution of higher learning with membership in a recognized accrediting association are required to accord to and grant to aforesaid degrees equal recognition for salary in contract determination.
