increment. To qualify for the yearly One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) increment as provided by the Oklahoma Statutes a tradesman or technician not having a college degree who is employed as an instructor in an approved vocational trade and industrial program shall complete eight (8) college hours each year until graduation or such other training courses as may be approved by the Oklahoma State Board for Vocational Education.
