salary increases. State appropriated funding for certified or support personnel salary increases that is not appropriated through the State Aid formula provided in Section 18-200.1 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be added to the state appropriation for the State Aid formula in the next fiscal year following the year the increase became effective, and each year thereafter. For the purposes of this section, state appropriated funding for certified or support personnel salary increases shall not include funding for the following items for education employees: health benefit allowances, Academic Achievement Awards, Mentor Teacher Stipends, Education Leadership Oklahoma bonuses, and the Oklahoma Ambassador of Teaching.
