Text
from class size limitations. Any school maintained in the state reformatories under the administrative authority of the Department of Corrections shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 18-113.3 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The State Board of Education shall not assess any penalties that would be imposed upon or sanctions that could result in denial of accreditation of a school pursuant to Section 18-113.3 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes for any school maintained in the state reformatories.
