§ 70-16-117 — List of names of agents and representatives of
Oklahoma·Title 70 Schools
publishers. Each person, firm or corporation offering textbooks for sale in the State of Oklahoma shall list with the secretary of the State Textbook Committee the names and addresses of its agents or representatives which shall be a matter of public record in the office of the secretary of the State Textbook Committee.
