A.There is hereby created until November 1, 2027, the Oklahoma Education Commission.
B.The Commission shall consist of seventeen (17) members to be appointed as follows: 1. A member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives shall be appointed by the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives; 2. A member of the Oklahoma State Senate shall be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate; 3. The Director of the Department of Corrections, or his or her designee; 4. The Director of the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, or his or her designee; 5. The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority, or his or her designee; 6. Four members with expertise in online and educational innovation shall be appointed by the Chancellor of Higher Education,
