§ 70-10-104 — State Treasurer and Secretary of School Land Department

- Report. The State Board of Education shall file with the Secretary of the School Land Commission a report, duly certified, showing the school population for the preceding school year of each school district. School population shall be determined as provided for in Section 10-103.1 of this title. The report so filed shall be the basis for making the apportionments of state school land earnings during the following fiscal year.
