A.In addition to the registration fees required pursuant to the provisions of Section 1132 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, at the time of initial and renewal registration for any electric vehicle, there shall be an additional fee based on the weight of the electric vehicle as provided by subsections B and C of this section.
B.As used in subsections C and D of this section: 1. Class 1 vehicle means one having a gross weight of less than six thousand (6,000) pounds; 2. Class 2 vehicle means one having a gross weight of at least six thousand (6,000) pounds but not greater than ten thousand (10,000) pounds; 3. Class 3, 4, 5 and 6 vehicle means one having a gross weight of greater than ten thousand (10,000) pounds but not greater than twenty-six thousand (26,000) pounds; and 4. Class 7
