rules. A. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have the authority to require the inspection of the premises and equipment of any charging station owner or operator to enforce compliance with the provisions of this section.
B.The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have authority to: 1. Require periodic third-party testing, calibration and inspection reports and require that those reports be submitted to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission; 2. Promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of this section and to set fees necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Commission pursuant to this act; and 3. Assess to charging station operators the costs of any proceeding instituted by the Commission to enforce testing, calibration and inspection report requi
