§ 68-4508 — Promulgation of rules.
Oklahoma·Title 68 Revenue And Taxation
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall promulgate rules necessary to implement their respective duties and responsibilities under the provisions of this act.
