Text
Act. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall prepare triennially a report which shall include, but not be limited to, documentation of the new direct jobs created under the Former Military Facility Development Act and a fiscal analysis of the costs and benefits of the act to the state. The report shall be submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Governor of this state no later than March 1, 1996, and every three (3) years thereafter. The report may be used for the purpose of determining whether to continue or sunset the Former Military Facility Development Act.
