A.If a notice of federal lien, a refilling of a notice of federal lien, or a notice of revocation of any certificate described in subsection B of this section is presented to a filing officer who is: 1. The county clerk of Oklahoma County, the filing officer shall cause the notice to be marked, held, and indexed in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as if the notice were a financing statement within the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code; or 2. Any other officer described in Section 3403 of this title, the filing officer shall endorse the notice and mark it with the date and time of receipt and immediately file the notice alphabetically or enter it in an alphabetical index showing the name and address of the person named in the notice, the date
