Text

A.The Ad Valorem Task Force is hereby abolished, effective July 1, 1993.
B.All powers, duties, responsibilities, property, assets, liabilities, fund balances, encumbrances and obligations of the Ad Valorem Task Force are hereby transferred to the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
C.The coordinator position of the Task Force shall cease to exist on July 1, 1993. Such employees of the Ad Valorem Task Force as may be needed may be employed by the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Such employees shall be transferred and shall be exempt from the provisions of the merit system of personnel administration as provided in the Oklahoma Personnel Act, Section 840.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
