facilities. No person shall engage in the business of manufacturing Display Fireworks without first requesting the State Fire Marshal to conduct a fire and safety inspection and receiving certification that a satisfactory inspection was conducted. All manufacturers of Display Fireworks shall be required to comply with the standards promulgated by the National Fire Protection Agency, Section 1124-Code for Manufacture, Transportation and Storage of Fireworks. Upon written request of a Display Fireworks manufacturer, the State Fire Marshal shall, within ten (10) days, conduct a fire and safety inspection and shall, upon satisfactory inspection, issue certification of the inspection. Thereafter, the State Fire Marshal shall conduct a fire and safety inspection at least once every six (6) month
