Text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Libraries to be designated the "Oklahoma Local Library Capital Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries from state appropriations, federal funds or from any other appropriate sources. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries for the purpose of providing capital grants to public libraries within the state.
