Libraries' Revolving Fund. The Department may receive and use appropriations, gifts, bequests or grants from any source, public or private, and may take such action as may be necessary to receive such funds. It may contract with other agencies, organizations, libraries, library schools or the agencies of other governments for library services, facilities, research or any allied or related purpose. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, to be designated the Oklahoma Department of Libraries' Revolving Fund. The fund shall be administered in accordance with the Revolving Fund Procedures Act.
