Text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, to be designated the "Oklahoma Local Library Support Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries from state appropriations designated specifically for deposit in this fund for purposes as specified in this act and from any other sources provided for by law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries for the purpose of providing convenient library service or access to library service for all citizens of Oklahoma.
