§ 63-987 — Operations and activities exempt.
Oklahoma·Title 63 Public Health And Safety
This act shall not be construed as applying to, nor shall it apply to:
(a)construction, reconstruction, operation or maintenance of any high-voltage overhead conductor, supporting structures or appurtenances for the support or operation of high-voltage conductor by person authorized by the owner or operator; nor (b) to work being done on telephone or communication circuits or their supporting structures; nor (c) to the operation or maintenance of any equipment traveling or moving upon fixed rails of any railroad company subject to the jurisdiction of the Interstate Commerce Commission and/or to the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.
