Text
For the purpose of this act:
(a)"high voltage" shall mean a voltage in excess of seven hundred fifty (750) volts between conductors, or between any single conductor and the ground;
(b)"overhead lines or overhead conductors" shall mean all bare or insulated electrical conductors installed above ground excepting those conductors that are deenergized and grounded or that are enclosed in iron pipe or other metal covering of equal strength.
