- Record of bodies received. Any and all schools, colleges, and persons who may be designated by the Anatomical Board shall be, and are, authorized to dissect, operate upon, examine and experiment upon bodies distributed to them by the Board's agent and no others. The schools, colleges and designated persons are also authorized to retain tissue from bodies distributed to them and to donate the tissue to a person or entity for the purpose of training a dog to search for human remains; provided, any tissue donated for said purpose shall not be transferred, sold or used for any other purpose than training dogs to search for human remains. If any human tissue that has been donated for canine training is lost or stolen, the theft shall be reported to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation b
