Text
Powers and duties. There is hereby created the Oklahoma Spastic Paralysis Commission, which is designated as an agency of the State of Oklahoma, and is hereby authorized to exercise the powers and duties authorized in this act and all other powers incident and necessary to the purpose of this act.
