In addition to the terms defined by the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act, Section 4002 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and the terms defined by the Oklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act, Section 4201 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the purposes of the Vessel and Motor Chop Shop, Stolen and Altered Property Act: 1. "Chop shop" means any building, lot or other premises where one or more persons are or have been knowingly engaged in altering, destroying, disassembling, dismantling, reassembling, or knowingly storing any vessel or motor, or vessel or motor part known to be illegally obtained by theft, fraud or conspiracy to defraud, in order to either: a. alter, counterfeit, deface, destroy, disguise, falsify, forge, obliterate, or remove the identity
