reporting requirements. With respect to the provisions of paragraph 30 of Section 1356 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes as amended by Enrolled Senate Bill No. 79 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the University Hospitals Authority shall report the total value of the sales tax exemption from the prior fiscal year to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Chair of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee or successor committee, and the Chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee or successor committee as part of its annual budget and performance review materials submitted for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and for fiscal years thereafter.
