gain - Penalties. A person that, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusal commits a Class D1 felony offense and upon conviction is subject to a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both such fine and imprisonment.
