fees. A. Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this section, a person that, for valuable consideration, knowingly purchases or sells a part for transplantation or therapy if removal of a part from an individual is intended to occur after the individual’s death commits a Class D1 felony offense and upon conviction is subject to a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both such fine and imprisonment.
