Text

Creation - Use of funds. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund to be known as the Drug Eradication and Enforcement Plan Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of any monies appropriated or transferred to the fund and any monies contributed to the fund from any other source. All monies accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended for the purpose of providing grants to district attorneys' offices, sheriffs' offices and municipal police departments. The grants shall be used for eradication of illegal drugs and enforcement of drug laws. Allowable expenditure of the grants shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following purposes: 1.
