Text

A.An exemption or exception set forth in this act shall constitute an affirmative defense. Such affirmative defense shall be in accordance with the presentation of an alibi defense prescribed in Section 585 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
B.In any prosecution for a violation of any of the provisions of this act relating to a controlled dangerous substance named in any of the schedules set out in the act, it shall be sufficient in any indictment or information to allege a general description of the controlled dangerous substance and the schedule wherein listed without other specific description. Upon a trial under such indictment or information, it shall be sufficient to prove that the controlled dangerous substance is one listed within a particular schedule without further identifi
