Text

The fines specified in Section 2 of this act shall be apportioned as follows: 1. Twenty-five percent (25%) shall be distributed to the revolving fund established pursuant to the provisions of Section 2- 506 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes to be used for enforcement of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act; and 2. Twenty-five percent (25%) shall be distributed to the municipality, county, or state agency or agencies which conducted the investigation. The amount distributed to a municipality or county shall be placed in a revolving fund to be used for law enforcement purposes. This fund shall be limited to Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) at any one time in municipalities and counties with population in excess of three hundred thousand (300,000) and Fifty Thousand Do
