peace officer to Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control. It shall be the duty of any peace officer of the State of Oklahoma who seizes any glassware, instruments, devices, utensils or precursor chemicals, as defined by Section 2-322 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which have been used or were intended to be used in the illicit manufacturing of any controlled dangerous substance, in full or in part, to make notice of the seizure in writing to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
