§ 63-2-323 — License to sell, transfer or otherwise furnish -

Application - Records - Fee.
A.A manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or other person who sells, transfers, or otherwise furnishes any precursor substance defined in Section 4 of this act must first obtain a license annually from the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
B.The procedure for obtaining a license to sell, transfer, manufacture, purchase for resale, or otherwise furnish a precursor substance shall be as follows: 1. Obtain an application from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control; 2. Submit the application to the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control; and 3. Demonstrate a legitimate reason to sell, transfer, or otherwise furnish precursor chemicals.
