§ 63-2-209 — Schedule IV characteristics.

Schedule IV includes substances with the following characteristics: 1. Low potential for abuse relative to substances listed in Schedule III; 2. Currently accepted medical use in treatment in use in the United States; and 3. Abuse of the substance may lead to limited physical dependence or psychological dependence relative to the substances listed in Schedule III.
