Control - Janitorial services - Background investigations and national criminal history record checks. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control shall conduct background investigations and national criminal history record checks on companies and individuals with which the Bureau contracts to provide janitorial services and shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 3007 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
