Text

A.Any firm, corporation, company or partnership shall ensure that all personnel, field crews, magazine attendants, truck drivers, supervisors and superintendents are fully conversant with all provisions of this section and the rules promulgated hereunder. The permit holder shall be responsible for violations committed by employees working under the company or corporation permit.
B.Any person violating any of the provisions of this section or any rules or regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense and shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
