blasting agents - Records.

A.Except as otherwise provided by this part, it is a violation to manufacture, store, or use explosives or blasting agents without first obtaining a permit from the Department of Mines.

B.Permits issued under this division shall not be transferable, and shall be readily available for inspection by representatives of the Department and law enforcement officials.

C.The Department may place such restrictions and limitations on permits as it deems necessary.

D.The Department may issue one-time or limited-time permits or permits for continuous blasting operations. E.

Permits for one-time or limited-time permits shall be valid only for the time specified in the permit. F. Any person holding a permit issued under this division shall keep such records as may be required by the Department. Records shall be maintained for not less than two (2) years following the year in which the record is made. All such records shall be open to inspection by the Department or its representatives during normal business hours.
