As used in the Sheltered Workshop Act: 1. “Community services worker” means any person who: a. contracts with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to provide specialized foster care, habilitation training specialist services, or homemaker services to persons with developmental disabilities, b. is not a licensed health professional, and c. is employed by or under contract with a community services provider to provide for compensation or as a volunteer the following:

(1)health-related services, (2) training, or (3) supportive assistance; 2. “Contract” means the binding legal agreement to provide sheltered workshop services, entered into between the provider and the Developmental Disabilities Services Division of the Department of Human Services or the Oklahoma Health Care Authority; 3. “DDSD”
