§ 63-1-738q — Injucntion or restraining orders – Enforcement of
Oklahoma·Title 63 Public Health And Safety
provisions. If some or all of the provisions of Sections 1-738k, 1-738m and 1-738n of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, as amended by Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this act, are ever temporarily or permanently restrained or enjoined by judicial order, these sections shall be enforced as though such restrained or enjoined provisions had not been adopted; provided, however, that whenever such temporary or permanent restraining order or injunction is stayed or dissolved, or otherwise ceases to have effect, such provisions shall have full force and effect.
