§ 63-1-738p — Judicial order restraining or enjoining Statistical

Abortion Reporting Act.
A.Sections 1-738.3a, 1-738.13 and 1-740.4a of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall become ineffective and of no binding force on the date specified in subsection B of this section, but if the Statistical Abortion Reporting Act is ever temporarily or permanently restrained or enjoined by judicial order, these sections shall become effective and enforceable; provided, however, that if such temporary or permanent restraining order or injunction is ever stayed or dissolved, or otherwise ceases to have effect, these sections shall again become ineffective and of no binding force until or unless an injunction or restraining order against the Statistical Abortion Reporting Act is again in effect.
