If some or all of the newly amended provisions of 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-738.2, 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-738.3; 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-738.3a; 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-738.8; 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-738.13; 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-738m, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 303, O.S.L. 2013 (63 O.S. Supp. 2014, Section 1- 738m); Section 2, Chapter 175, O.S.L. 2014 (63 O.S. Supp. 2014, Section 1-746.2); or Section 6, Chapter 175, O.S.L. 2013 (63 O.S. Supp. 2014, Section 1-746.6), resulting from the actions taken by the 2015 session of the Oklahoma legislature are ever temporarily or permanently restrained or enjoined by judicial order, these sections shall be enforced as though such restrained or enjoined provisions had not been adopted; provided, however, that whenever such temporary or permane
